Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that during product drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days once the order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sober Up Cowboy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sober Up Cowboy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
