Returns
Orders may be returned within seven (7) business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-business-day window with your order number and reason for return. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale or clearance items
• Headwear & Accessories
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item following the process above and place a new order.
